Alistair McClymont shortlisted as part of the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering 2013.

The Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering is a global prize recognising and celebrating outstanding advances in in engineering that have changed the world.

On 25th June 2013, The Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering will be awarded for the first time. The five engineers who created the Internet and the World Wide Web will receive their award from Her Majesty the Queen at Buckingham Palace, in the presence of the QEPrize trustees and judges, the leaders of the donor companies and a number of young engineers.
