Kunstkick ’1,2,3,4’
Four coruscating rock songs celebrating four iconic highly esteemed visual artists – written and performed by Kunstkick, the musical project of Clem Crosby (music and guitars) and David Stephenson (words and vocals) who started their collaboration nearly two years ago after Crosby heard Stephenson’s limited edition CD single ‘I want to hang out with Ed Ruscha’.
Crosby’s laconic stoner-rocking ‘Ages Martin’ was the first song he worked on with Stephenson and it is the opening track on ’1,2,3,4’.
1. ‘Agnes Martin (First Lady of America)’
2. ‘Fabulous Thiebaud’
3. ‘John Chamberlain and Miss Lucy Pink’
4. ‘Miss Louise Bourgeois (An American Star)’
